About me
Aniela holds holds a LLB from the Law Faculty of the “Romanian-American University” and a LLM in Law Conflicts Mediation from ”Titu Maiorescu University”.
Aniela coordinates the corporate and commercial advisory practice, being also the main litigator holding a wide experience in all aspects of litigation, mediation and arbitration.
Aniela became a member of the Bucharest Bar in 2000.
Holds the titles of Authorized Mediator and Member of the Romanian National Union of Insolvency Practitioners since 2009.
